Your perspective is important for understanding the experiences of neurodivergent nurses and for shaping more inclusive and supportive healthcare workplaces.
Before you decide to participate in this research study, please check the eligibility criteria:
- You are a registered or enrolled nurse with current AHPRA registration
- You are currently, or were formerly, employed in an Australian public sector healthcare service
- You are not currently completing your new-graduate transition to practice program
- You have been formally identified (diagnosed) with one (or more) of the following:
- Autism
- Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Dyslexia
- Dyspraxia
- Dyscalculia
