This study aims to understand the strengths neurodivergent nurses bring to healthcare, as well as the support they receive and barriers they may encounter.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are recruiting enrolled and registered nurses with specific neurodivergent diagnoses (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and/or dyscalculia), who are working (or have recently worked) in an Australian public healthcare service.

Interested participants will be asked to complete a 10-minute screening survey.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll be invited to participate in a 60 to 90-minute one-on-one interview or a 90 to 120-minute focus group at a time that works for you.

We will only ask you to do one or the other, but not both.
